We are hiring a Learning Solution Consultant to join our Global K12 Schools Asia team based in our Korea office. In this role, you will maintain existing business and grow rapidly new, sustainable sales of McGraw Hill's online and technology products at the academic institutions in the territory. Responsibilities include travel across Japan and Korea and identifying and seeking out key decision makers engaged in transforming their institutions digitally and assisting them in building a successful roadmap using McGraw Hill products and services. Ensuring products and solutions have high and successful usage is a key KPI and is a part of the relationship management part of the role. Your contribution to the team includes: New business - open new institutional customers and manage/build upon current relationships with direct customers and third parties; establish relationships with a diverse group of decision makers: individual academics and department heads/director, heads of e-learning and other digital learning staff. Build, manage and report on a robust sales pipeline ensuring growth and sustainability. Embrace a service and customer-focused approach in market, always thinking of how to improve services and customer experience. Effective management of key accounts; building and maintaining strategic B2B business opportunities. Build and own and integrated sales and marketing plan, liaising with internal and external customers. Commercial and business acumen, ability to manage margins per product/market. Deliver product training and ensure effective usage of MH products. What you’ll need to be successful: Proven success in consultative sales/account management in digital offerings. Experience in the educational markets with the focus on digital products is an advantage. Understanding and experience working with academic institutions is a plus Proven track record of sales success Strong digital skills and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Strong articulation skills with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must have initiative to work on own a lot of the time, and to be able to tackle cold calling and appointment making Travel across the relevant territory will be required 47939
