Job Description
The Learning Specialist will support the I&D learning strategy, delivery, facilitation, and resource curation across Global Home Office ensuring that A&F Co. Culture & Values, Leadership Standards, and Purpose are embedded throughout. They will adapt existing content into a variety of delivery methods to reach a range of associates with different learning preferences. They will leverage data and insights to inform their approach and identify opportunities in our offerings. They are highly cross functional, associate-centric and strategically minded. This person is a champion of our brands, culture, and people and has a passion for creating an inclusive environment where all A&F associates feel a sense of belonging.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
Own the delivery and facilitation of the I&D learning series both live instructor-led and through digital learning tools for our associate baseManage the I&D Learning Library through the curation of external resources to supplement the I&D learning seriesTrack and manage attendance, engagement, and completion data for the I&D learning series across all leader levels. Partner with HR Data Analytics team to report data and findingsDesign educational resources around heritage/history/awareness month milestonesReview, maintain and update learning libraries ensuring the content is current while keeping the digital user-experience at the forefrontLead insight and data collection through survey build and disseminationDevelop and maintain communication and participation management across learning journeysCollaborate with Learning Specialists across other HR centers of excellence to integrate components of the I&D learning series into new and existing programs to maximize impactTrack timelines and deliverables for multiple projects laddering up to the overall I&D Learning Road MapEnsure the A&F Co. Culture & Values, Leadership Standards, and Purpose are embedded throughout learning & development programsMaintain point of contact relationships with vendors and consultantsStay curious and research best practices in learning, growth and development to ensure our programs evolve in progressive waysWhat Do You Need To Bring?
4+ years of experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Human Resources, and/or Leadership DevelopmentAbility to design learning materials that are clear, informative, digestible and visually appealingFamiliarity with different learning technologies and content development toolsExperience and ability to confidently facilitate engaging presentations and classesConfidence to interact with and influence all levels of leadership across HRProven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settingsSuccessful track record in building and maintaining relationshipsEngaging and optimistic personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to changeCuriosity about how people learn and grow bestHigh standards and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects and deliverables effectivelyBachelor’s Degree or related experienceOur Company
