Job Description

As a Learning Specialist in the HR function, your main focus will be to empower all personas with tailored knowledge, advanced tools, and essential resources to exceed their business objectives and growth in their careers. Cultivate a dynamic learning environment for continuous skill development, innovation, and adaptability, ensuring everyone drives exceptional performance and organizational growth.

This hybrid role reports into our Regional Learning and Performance Development Manager and is based out of the New York Support Office.

A Day in the Life

Significantly enhance employee skillsets and knowledge, fostering a highly skilled workforce that positively impacts productivity and business resultsEstablish a culture of continuous learning, ensuring employees are equipped with the required skills and knowledge, driving both individual growth and organizational performanceFacilitate and implement learning programs in the RegionAlign with HR Business Line to tailor learning opportunities to colleagues based on regional needs and focusesManage the Regional Trainer network for all personasContribute to the global content library by creating, reviewing, and enhancing learning materials to global standardsAssess all requests by HR Business Line and collaborate for desired results, ensuring effective learning outcomesMeasure the effectiveness of learning interventions and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvementProvide personalized learning support through one-on-one coaching sessions and targeted skill developmentPartner with Learning & Performance Development Manager to ensure alignment of learning interventions with regional goals and organizational objectivesUp to 25% travel may be required, based on business needs

 

 

 

Qualifications

Who You Are:

3+ Years proven experience successfully leading Training initiativesSkilled in continuous learning with the ability and enthusiasm to adapt to new information, technologies, and industry trendsStrong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and its application in training and development programsExperience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Cornerstone GROW, and LMS (Learning Management System)Demonstrates ability to facilitate and deliver trainingsProficient in content curation and instructional designStrong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: salary range is $ 76,144 - $ 85,662 annually**
