Consultation with businesses relating to Learning technology for best outcomes
Continue to learn and use best system functionality to provide business solutions. Must be able to understand and implement cross system understanding and how interactions occur in the reporting space.
Identify system defects and apply Lean practices.
Individuals who oversee aspects of coordination, logistics and support for training and/or learning. Help businesses define scope and requirements within system Capabilities.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. Understands how system interacts with integrated learning technologies.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding. Has ability to work within timelines, budget and can have difficult conversations when in best interest of business outcomes.
Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Advanced experience using LMS (Learning Management System) or Learning Technologies
Advanced experience using LMS SumTotal and EdCast.
Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
