We are looking for three training content developers/trainers to join our team in a multicultural and global environment, collaborating closely with various teams across Nokia. They will gain hands-on experience with modern development methodologies and cutting-edge eLearning tools such as Adobe Articulate while engaging in cross-functional teamwork. These new developers will contribute to designing and creating courseware and learning content for both instructor-led training and self-paced e-learning, playing a key role in enhancing our training programs.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, AIExcellent communication (articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences) and computer skills, (content design and development, data analysis and visualization tools)Eager to learn and expand own knowledge & skillsFluent English speaking & writing skillsExperience in training development and use of authoring tools : Microsoft Office Suite especially MS PowerPoint, Adobe Articulate, Adobe Creativity, Cloud Products, Adobe Rise. Experience in Video editing tools is a plus.Demonstrate the desire to develop and deliver high value, compelling, engaging learning solutionsKnowledge or experience in one or more of the following Technologies: AI, security, cloud, Data Literacy, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Wireless, 5G, 6G, Broadband, Automation, Radio Frequency, Programming.Outstanding teamwork skills, effectively cooperating with people with different technical background and culture, dealing with diverse situations and viewpointsAdaptive, accountable & responsibleExperience in automation, integration, programing tools (Power apps, Power Automate, Power BI, JavaScript, Python, GenAI, Prompt engineering) are a plus
 Conduct analysis and design of learning solutionsDesign, develop, and test learning contentIdentify instructional goals, competencies, and objectivesDevelop design documents, prepare storyboards, and course outlinesDesign, set up, and facility lab exercisesWork closely with EKS Product Managers and Product Owners (shift time-zone meetings), be responsible for the task completion in timeLiaise extensively with different Nokia R&D and S&T teams to obtain latest Technology information, achieve content and technical tasks, and troubleshoot issuesDeliver Technology training to customers, internals when required.Prototype and demo modern learning solutions.Technologies: Preferred: AI, security, cloud, Data Literacy, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Wireless, 5G, 6G, Broadband, Automation, Radio Frequency, Programming.Maintain a high standard for quality and timeliness of deliverables in an agile environment.
