•Conducts new hire training in a classroom or virtual setting. •Conducts continuous education or up-training sessions. •Responsible for obtaining and/or maintaining all relevant certifications to perform job. Participates in ongoing Trainer skill development by attending training classes and participating in ongoing coaching sessions. •Assists training and other functional departments with any other necessary functions. Performs other duties as assigned by management. •6+ months of training/teaching experience required. •Ability to effectively organize work and priorities against deadlines. •Advanced English level (C1 in CEFR) and excellent communication skills. •Intermediate to advanced French level. French Canadian preferred. •Adaptability to work in a fast-paced work environment. •Availability to work on Puebla site. Candidates need to be open to relocate. •3 months tenure in current position and no deviations or disciplinary actions on record.
