The Sr./Learning Specialist position in Enterprise Learning entails handling projects and working with teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and on quality to deliver learning solutions. Additionally, the position involves mentoring less experienced project managers. The role involves collaborating with vendor management to support various learning software and platforms for the organization. Additionally, this role includes writing award applications, refining processes, and implementing them. The ideal candidate for this role would possess strong project management skills, proficiency in technical writing, and the ability to deliver solutions in a collaborative global environment.
Summarized Purpose:
Collaborates with project or program leads and/or may serve as a subject matter authority to design, develop, deliver, and improve learning products, programs, and services in order to measurably improve corporate readiness, performance, and quality.
Essential Functions:
• Leads projects and collaborates with teams to deliver fit for purpose learning solutions on time, on budget, and on quality.
• Work closely with vendor management team to handle learning software platforms and vendor relationships.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with team to draft, review, and finalize submissions (e.g., awards, RFP)
• Creates processes and materials that support established programs and projects.
• Supports key projects programs by refining internal processes for the department.
Supports less experienced project managers, enabling their growth and development with activities such as mentoring,
coaching sessions, team development workshops.
• Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs.

Physical Requirements:
