About the Role:
Location: Waltham Forest
Pay: £102 - £115 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Interview Date: ASAP
You Need:
Experience working with children with SEN or additional learning needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and specialists. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with additional needs. Assisting teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet students’ individual learning styles. Supporting students in their communication, social skills, and emotional development. Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement support strategies.
