We’re looking for a Learning Support Coordinator to join our Global Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support the entire CX Learning & Design department. The role has full ownership and accountability for the technical support and administration of the department’s learning and documentation management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for supporting the entire CX Learning & Design department.Full ownership and accountability for the technical support and administration of the department’s learning and documentation management systems.Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and dissemination of all learning reports, will provide technical support for all learning applications and will offer general administration support to the Learning & Design leadership team, including the AVP of Learning.Continuous improvement recommendations that help streamline key learning processes to drive efficiency will be critical.Qualifications:
