Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for handling the learning administration activities including handling global learning systems administrative management and vendor management activities. It will also provide Learning Management System (LMS) administration, technical support, and reporting of learning programs.

Responsibilities & Duties

Perform complex tasks and serve as an administrative/technical SME for LearnUpon and other relevant LMS.Serve as learning technical lead complex Learning projects and work with subject matter experts, outside consultants, and vendors as required – FTP/API knowledgeProvide regular performance and operational progress reports to managers to ensure issues are being flagged on a timely manner and ensure gaps are addressed – “newsletter” monthly/reportDevelop and prepare reports and analyses on workload management, SLA achievement, quality, and process efficiency and other related management reports and audits – “newsletter” monthly/report; related to the previous itemDevelop strong stakeholder relationships by ensuring escalations are managed effectively and proactively and elevating it as and when necessary – “case management”/escalation matrix (AECOM employee vs. Admin)Owns technical piece of Degreed system including roles/permissions, content provider integrations, system settings, and technical deployment of LMS system enhancements.Serves as core technical lead for LearnUpon LMS, facilitates training, system configuration/architecture, integration into Degreed.Executes the tactical setting up of global learning programs.Monitor data feed for all learning systems, data architecture and holds regular audits to clean up user data in LU, Degreed, LinkedIn Learning and sync with Workday. Manages LMS consultant user account creation approval process.Monitors and owns global reporting groups set up in Degreed and LearnUpon to reflect consistent system data architecture. Assists global reporting and dashboard needs.Oversees IBM IT support team and facilitates troubleshooting with vendor support to uncover the root cause of issues reported.Manages access to learning history archives and liaises with GBS support team to resolve employee cases.Makes large scale assignments for safety and complianceAssists administrators in completing high-risk tasks like wide-scale enrolments or history migration files.Creates and maintains new user/admin training materials as neededMaintains training documentation and existing vendor/content integrations in Degreed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 7 years of relevant work experience as technical support for learning systems.Experience creating reporting dashboardsProcess management and improvement skillsIntermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related role or other similar functions is preferredExperience using systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
