About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic specialist who is experienced in Learning and Talent Development to join our learning team. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with external learning partners, and functional teams to develop and deploy innovative learning solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Learning Partner: Deploy the people strategy which supports organization transformation and capability building. Collaborate closely with HR BPs and functional leadership, and design customized learning solutions according to business needs.  Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, subject matter experts, and external partners, ensuring their active involvement in the learning and leadership development initiatives.Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of learning programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, timely execution, and effective measurement of program impact and effectiveness.Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and learning partners to creatively source, evaluate, and select appropriate resources and technologies to support learning initiatives.Talent Development Advocacy: Act as a champion for talent development across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning and supporting the professional growth of employees.Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in leadership development, digital skills, and learning methodologies, incorporating relevant insights into the organization's learning strategy.Learning Evaluation: Implement evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of learning programs, gathering feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Min 5 years experience in Learning & Talent in a fast paced environmentFluent in English, CantoneseProficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and other media tools
