JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for charging and collecting Tenant receipts as well as recording and paying Landlord payments. The Lease Accounting Mgr is also responsible for all ASC 842 lease accounting and straight-line rent calculations.

JOB SCOPE:
The Lease Accounting Manager maintains the accuracy and integrity of all lease accounting records, for both Tenant Leases (where TransfromCo is the landlord charging rent) and Landlord Leases (where TransformCo is the tenant paying rent).
