Overview CORT Accomodation Services is seeking a Leasing Administrator. The CORT Accommodation Services (CAS) Team offers full-service residential hospitality experiences including traditional corporate housing, on demand, and full-service flexible living solutions. The Leasing Administrator is the primary stakeholder responsible for review of residential lease agreements and management of the entire leasing process from end-to-end; ensuring deadlines are met, providing excellent customer service to clients, and maintaining accurate records. This role also shares sourcing activities with the Guest Experience team – locating and selecting properties suitable for our clients. This role sits within CORT Accommodation Services, reports to the current Guest Experience Manager, and communicates closely with the Guest Experience and Operations, and Finance Specialist roles in the team. The ideal candidate has worked with various residential property management companies in the multi-family industry and has strong knowledge of leasing processes and property management best practices. This is a remote position with no travel requirements. Pay: $53,000-$63,000 / per year dependent upon experience. Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm PST, MST or CST. Support Finance in gathering all the necessary documentation needed to set up the property as a vendor and be an ongoing resource to ensure all financial transactions are completed and met by the deadlines set by the property. Create, organize, and maintain internal SharePoint and OneDrive folders and work with various types of property management software containing the property and lease information. Setup and manage building portals as provided by each property management company. Assist Guest Experience and Operations with information required for unit setup and guest arrival. Coordinate with Guest Experience and the properties on lease renewals, extensions and, notices to vacate. Assist Finance with the resolution of monthly rent statement and Final Account Statements Act as the primary point of contact for the property manager and internal CAS team for ongoing support and escalations. Use interactions with the property to build CORT’s reputation within multi-family and identify opportunities for business development and partnership growth Qualifications At least two years’ experience in Business Administration, Multi Family, or related field Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of residential leases, multifamily leasing processes and property management best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team About CORT CORT, a part of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, is the nation's leading provider of transition services, including furniture rental for home and office, event furnishings, destination services, apartment locating, touring and other services.
