Your Mission:
Join ClearEdge as a Lease & Billing Administrator where you will be responsible for administering the leases & tenant requests for a portfolio of properties to ensure requests are resolved and lease cycles are maintained and managed. The portfolio is a small yet growing Real Estate portfolio consisting of commercial offices, mixed use, and residential locations with various tenants and lease durations. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/tenants/etc to ensure leases and contractual agreements are maintained, executed, and up to dateYou will excel in this role if you are:A person who enjoys working as a member in a small teamSelf-motivated with a desire to build new skills and use their knowledge to further grow with the companySkilled in lease system implementation, audits, and content managementOrganized and able to communicate with internal and external partiesFamiliar with lease lifecycle administration and revenue impactsA day in the life: Ensures lease administration functions for assigned properties are performed and achieved Prepare lease documents against established goals and relevant requirements prior to executionAnalyze and interpret existing and planned leases, including creating and recommending appropriate clauses or modifications to the leasesServe as POC for assigned leases coordinating and resolving issues/inquiries presented by tenants, ensuring tenant’s needs are met & resolvedPerform review and extraction of lease data and inputting information into the management system, process and review recoveries/CAM, financial, legal, asset management, accounting and property managementAssist with accounting and financial operations as needed. Reviewing and maintaining tenant/customer accounts for completeness and accuracy against leases or other agreementsCoordinating customer/tenant/vendor onboarding and off boarding/closeoutWhat we are expecting from you:A Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited college or university is preferred. Equivalent work experience of four (4) years may be considered for substitution in lieu of the degreeProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn additional company selected software with ability to adapt to changing softwareUnderstanding of lease cycles and revenue impactsStrong problem solving skills and ability to work independentlyNice to have:Familiarity with management software such as Yardi Voyager, Deal Manager, etc desiredMicrosoft Office Specialist certification in Excel is desiredAn active security clearance is highly desiredExperience with government leases and USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers)We are an experienced technology company providing Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Cyber solutions to current and emerging missions.
