Roles and Responsibilities
As the Asset Management Lease Product Manager, you will:
Manage lease inquiries and Asset request to ensure we are meeting channel demand and supporting our lease members as best as possible.Availability planning as well as Asset allocation and reservations required to meet the lease demand.Manage the lease dispatch process working with the channel service managers to plan for outages and collaborate on the logistics to and from site.Coordinate with the lease maintenance manager to schedule and plan repairs that align with dispatch dates.Track the usage of lease assets as well as the pedigree information. Hours, Cycles etcHelp develop and deliver process training to our channel partnersCoordinate lease repair activities with Avenza and Port KlangWork with Channel service managers and regional Field core contacts for the planning of resources for installation and removal activities. Provide purchase orders and manage the cost transactions.Support monitoring Operational issues with lease engines running at site.Monitor asset storage activities across the world and ensure we have preservation processes in place to maintain the engine properly.Collaborate with lease manager on 4 yr maintenance planning.Support the Quality issue resolution process.Execute strategies to deliver on OTD & Utilization KPI’sMaintain data for OTD, Utilization, lease engine to member ratiosCollaborate with Finance team and other functions to drive cost productivity – own and report lease cost productivityRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline, or significant experience in Aero derivative services, or equivalent experience in related Field.Minimum 5 years' experience in Aero derivative services, or Commercial functionExperience with gas turbines engines and processesDemonstrated Business Acumen and Presentation skills.Fluency in English and Italian languages required in writing and speaking.for US candidates only:
