Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $30-37/hour, DOELocation:  Odessa, TXWork Schedule: 10/4 & 8/6Assignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, holidays and PTO Responsibilities Reading and recording all needed meter readingsVisually inspecting Surface equipment daily for defects, leaks, neatness, and damageObserving, recording and inputing oil and gas production volumes dailyOperating properties to ensure all regulatory, environmental and safety compliance issues and goals are met.Seeking ways to reduce direct lease operating expenses by noting problems and/or recommending courses of actions to supervisorCheck production units daily and responsible for creating and maintaining daily production reportsPerform various other field related activities as requiredCommunicate between regular and relief pumpers on rotations in written formLeading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance and record keeping Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience is preferred Valid driver's license and clean recordPrevious experience in oil and gas industry requiredMust have gas lift experienceBasic computer skills and familiarity with SCADAAbility to work with minimal supervisionSafety Sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screening
