Job Description Insight Global's client is looking for a Lease Supervisor to manage a team of lease analysts and ensure all fleet contracts are accurate in terms of rebates and discounts, meeting deadlines, rectifying leases and handling escalations, etc. This person will provide guidance on client/process inquires. You will coordinate and execute monthly close processes including communication with team members and external departments as well as manage a team of 5 employees to support their growth and development. In this role you will also review and provide guidance on client vehicle contracts, vehicle costs and proper cost applications. Provide proactive customer service to internal/external customers while maintaining high integrity in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
