Summary
The Leasing Agent at Acorn Town Center is responsible for leasing and administrative support. This position requires outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. This position will report to the Resident Manager and the Property Supervisor and will perform a variety of administrative duties to support the extensive needs of our high-profile apartment communities. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical and computer skills. The ability to work collaboratively with other key staff and deal with the public is required.

Field phone calls regarding vacanciesShow apartmentsProcess applicationsAssist in recertification filesAssist in administrative tasks in officeProvide customer service to residentsInitiate, schedule, and complete applicant certification processMaintain computer database - input information and retrieval of reportsPrepare weekly and monthly reportsCalendar events and meetingsOrganize and publicize eventsAssist with projects on as needed basisQualifications
Experience working with TCAC, HUD, and Project-Base affordable housing programStrong sales skillsProven ability to work with diverse individualsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, Yardi experience a plusAbility to prioritize duties, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team memberSuperior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow throughPreferred
