REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years of experience in affordable property management or LIHTC leasing preferred. Strong verbal, written and customer service communication skills. Basic proficiency in the use of computers including Word and Excel. Some post high school education preferred. Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus. Knowledge of HUD regulations, forms, inspection criteria and processes. Knowledge of multilayered programs such as RAD, Project Base Section 8, Housing Choice Vouchers and Tax Credit preferred.
