Personalized Consultation: Conducting in-depth consultations to understand potential resident’s needs, aspirations, and any additional requirements they may have. COMPENSATION Starting at $67000 / yearly Robust commission structure with an annual bonus that is tied to performance Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Passion for Luxury Leasing: Two years prior experience in leasing, preferably in the multifamily industry. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with ease. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to think on your feet and find creative solutions to exceed clients' expectations. Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure no stone is left unturned when it comes to providing an impeccable experience for our residents. Market Savviness: A solid understanding of the luxury real estate market and the latest trends in luxury leasing.
