Leasing Coordinator (Davao)

The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for the administrative functions as directed by the Administrative Supervisor. These functions are vital to the end-to-end process of documenting and managing lease transactions by ensuring the highest quality of customer service, account servicing, lease facilitation, and lease management.

Qualifications:

Must have a degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing / Property Management or any related courses At least two years of related working experience Knowledge of Lease Management is an advantage Must be results-driven and customer-oriented

Major Functions:

1. Lease Account Management

Able to prepare, interpret, and enforce lease contracts or memorandum of agreements May handle processing of contracts for DMCI-owned units and parking and ensure documentary requirements in terms of customer service, billing and collection, and reportorial requirements Facilitates an effective handling/processing on periodic collection of required deposits, dues, and payment from lessees May handle enrolment process, inventory management, and parking management, as may be assigned by the Admin Supervisor or Leasing Manager

2. Administrative Services

Maintains detailed lease monitoring summary containing account information, customer concerns, history and background information Safe keeps and maintains updated leasing-related files, reports, memorandum, notices, billing, documents, and contracts Keeps a complete file of all admin documents assigned and personally processed/handled Coordinates with Property Management and Project Development (for developer-owned units) for lease-related concerns Ensure that all incoming/outgoing documents are correctly and duly received, logged, and forwarded to the appropriate addressee. Prepares necessary leasing reports as needed

3. Customer Relations

Manages and handles customer concerns/complaints professionally, whether sourced through various channels, such as walk-ins, phone calls, websites, social media, letters, notices, etc. Effectively addresses recurring issues and problems of the clients in coordination with the Leasing Officer/Manager Ensures customer delight and appreciation by the internal and external clients (regular, executive, and key accounts) Attends client meetings appointments with direct supervision and guidance or as instructed by the Leasing Admin Supervisor

4. Process and Policy Compliance

Ensures full compliance with all business processes, policies, procedures, and protocols in performing their duties

5. Other Tasks

Performs and completes tasks that may be assigned by the Leasing Admin Supervisor/Officer/Manager and the Head of Leasing Services Collaborates with various departments of DMCI Homes
