Leasing Manager - Bell Flatirons

As a Leasing Manager with Bell, you will communicate with prospective residents at the community, handle day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinate the renewals of existing leases with a staff of Leasing Consultants under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will ensure property performance is maximized by walking the grounds and inspecting apartments.

What you’ll do to make a difference: 

Tour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc. (this may include walking on hills and up and own 3 flights of stairs)  Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance and adequate staffing   Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building, and ensure team meets Operations strategic drivers Train staff members on proper leading techniques and resident services, and conduct regular performance appraisals   Set leasing goals and provide timely reporting on leasing statistics with General Manager   Conduct weekly meetings with maintenance and leasing staff   Evaluate unit prices in accordance with the market and budgeted goals Manage the application review process for each lease and ensure the condition of leased apartments  Develop an annual marketing plan, conduct marketing reviews monthly, and conduct outside marketing activities   Ensure lease packets and files for each resident include the lease, all addendums, and other proper documentation Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents  Regular attendance and punctuality    

  

What you bring to our team: 

BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination 2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 2+ years of experience in B2B selling desired Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service  Demonstration of Bell Core Values  Strong marketing skills required Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task  Business knowledge and customer focus  Organized and good decision-making skills 

Physical requirements of the job:

Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materialsMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects

Compensation Range

Hourly: $29.00 - $32.00

Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
