In This Role, You Will: Responsible for day-to-day administration of the company global leave plans, including, responding to employee inquiries, assisting with transitioning to leave and returning to work, maintaining employee benefit files and updating payroll records, including file transmission to relevant third-party vendors Coordinates with plan administrator, Finance, and other professionals to provide verified and compiled reports for administration of benefits Counsel employees going out on leave of absence on company policy and benefits while on leave Collaborates with payroll to ensure accurate processing of leave-related pay and benefits where appropriate. Understands payroll implications of leave processes and ensures minimal disruption Manage and track employee time off for bereavement, jury duty, PTO, parental leaves, bonding time, short-term disability, and FMLA Partner with vendors to coordinate benefits for short and long-term disability claims Processing absence and delegation audits Partner with HR Business Partner for employee return to work Coordinate with third party administrators and schedule company wellness initiatives Maintain company wellness budget Partner with communications on putting together monthly company wellness newsletter Initiate and process Company Worker’s Compensation claims Actively participate/lead projects related to benefits, wellness and engagement/recognition Support and coordinate the administration of ADA accommodations, including evaluating recommendations and facilitating the interactive process between managers, HR Coordinate leave plans with state specific benefits and stay abreast on changes Maintains up-to-date knowledge of leave policies, employment laws, and regulations Identify opportunities for improving leave management and accommodation processes and implement process improvement opportunities where appropriate Here's What You Need: Must be a Human Resources Benefits professional with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience Must possess a bachelor’s degree Past international HR benefits experience is helpful Detail-oriented and organized Prior experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP etc.) is a plus Should have the ability to self-manage with minimal direction and ability to resolve problems Must have good working relationship management with employees and benefit providers and the ability to deal with complex employee issues relating to benefits Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position
