As a Leave and ADA Accommodation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employees' leave of absence, disability, and ADA accommodation requests. You will provide consultative services to employees preparing for leave and partner with HR teams to support employees requesting leaves and accommodations. Your role will involve acting as the primary contact for HR partners on a wide range of leave and accommodation topics, ensuring employees are supported throughout their leave and accommodation journey.

Responsibilities Manage Leave and Accommodation Requests:Handle employees' leave of absence, disability, and ADA accommodation requests.Provide consultative services to employees preparing for leave, including counseling on available leave options, pay continuation, and other resources.Partner with HRPartner with HR teams to support employees requesting leaves and accommodations as the subject matter expert.Act as the primary contact for HR partners on various leave and accommodation topics.Running reports and providing data from our leave of absence software.Employee SupportSupport employees throughout their leave and accommodation journey.Payroll and BenefitsComplete payroll preparation tasks to ensure accurate employee pay and conduct semi-monthly audits.Projects and PresentationsAssist with special benefit projects throughout the year.Facilitate presentations as requested. Qualifications 8+ years of related work experienceStrong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship buildingAbility to work with people at all levels of the organizationHigh degree of professionalism with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations/information and maintain strict confidentialityExcellent organization, detail-orientation, and follow-through skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited daily supervisionExceptional client service mentality and strong work ethicExperience with Workers’ Compensation preferredExperience with Microsoft Office, including Excel; ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
