If you have a passion for Human Resources and thrive on handling complex leave and accommodation matters with a focus on wellbeing, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and inspiring global organization! **Core Responsibilities** + Act as the main liaison for employees and managers regarding leave and accommodation matters, providing clear and consistent communication. + Collaborate with Business Service Operations (BSO), payroll, and benefits teams to manage leave-related processes and ensure accurate resolution. + Manage the interactive accommodation process under the ADA and other applicable laws, working with employees, managers, and healthcare providers to identify reasonable adjustments. + Provide guidance and training for managers and employees on leave and accommodation processes to ensure smooth implementation and compliance. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leave and accommodation laws, advising on changes and ensuring company policies remain compliant. + Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding leave and accommodations with professionalism and confidentiality, fostering a supportive workplace. + Analyze leave and accommodation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing regular updates to stakeholders. + Drive global and local wellbeing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, resilience, and a positive workplace culture. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The Leave of Absence & Accommodation Manager serves as a critical liaison between employees, managers, and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth navigation of leave programs and accommodations while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, you will foster a culture of efficiency, trust, and ongoing growth. **Do you have what it takes?** + Several years of leave of absence management and accommodation management ideally within an international, matrixed organization. + Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant leave and accommodation laws and regulations. + Strong understanding of workplace policies and the ability to ensure consistent application across teams. + Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on providing direction and clarity to a large organization. + Proven track record of engaging in critical conversations with professionalism while upholding the highest standards of ethics and maintaining strict confidentiality. + Proficient in managing HR data, reporting, and analytics, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, HR processes and systems. + Experience in facilitating discussions and fostering collaboration among stakeholders at all levels of the organization. **Additional details on this position** + This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
