Description We are seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to join our team in the retail industry, located in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in a hybrid office environment. As a Leave of Absence Specialist, you will be handling an increase in leave of absence requests, interacting with employees, and ensuring accurate calculations according to varying work circumstances. Responsibilities: • Manage and address an increase in leave of absence requests • Maintain effective communication with employees regarding their leave of absence • Ensure precise calculations in relation to different work circumstances • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for administrative tasks • Implement ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective data transmission • Use Ceridian and CRM for customer relationship management and HR tasks • Operate About Time software for efficient workforce management • Perform auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy • Handle benefit functions related to leave of absence • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding leave of absence. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leave of Absence Specialist role or similar position within the retail industry. • Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian is highly desirable. • Experience with CRM and About Time is a must. • Proven track record in Auditing and managing Benefit Functions. • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal. • Demonstrated ability to maintain Compliance in all tasks and duties. • Extensive knowledge and experience in Leave of Absence management. • No Please note shown in the bullet points.
