The lecturer will teach a 3/3 load of undergraduate courses in painting, drawing, and foundations. We seek applicants who are well-versed in contemporary artistic issues, possess a strong technical background in both painting and drawing, with a demonstrated ability to teach across all levels of a studio art curriculum. This position will collaborate with other faculty on initiatives including curriculum development; oversight of the Painting studios; and nurturing collaborative relationships across the Department of Art and Design and School of the Arts. We seek educators who demonstrate innovative approaches to pedagogy and a commitment to inclusiveness and social concerns within the learning environment.
