Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties: Directing, arranging, and teaching the Bearkat Marching Band Drumline. Teaching applied lessons; directing the University Percussion Ensemble and Steel Band II, and teaching a course in percussion methods for music education students. In addition, the position has a service component of up to 0.50 FTE reassigned time for the creation of music performance programs.
