Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job Teach undergraduate courses both face-to-face and online in multiple areas of Business Law and closely related topics. Service to the University and profession is also expected. Educational Requirements for the Position Juris Doctor degree is required. Experience Required for the Position Qualified under AACSB standards and the ability to maintain qualification. Potential for excellent teaching and service. Appropriate business and teaching experience preferred. Other Requirements for the Position Practitioner expertise in some element of business law is desired. Professionalism is essential.
