Leerling Operator Plating – GKN Fokker, Helmond

Wil jij jezelf ontwikkelen in de high-tech luchtvaartindustrie? Bij GKN Fokker in Helmond krijg je de kans om opgeleid te worden tot Operator Plating. Je start zonder ervaring in deze specifieke techniek, maar wij leren je alles wat je nodig hebt om specialist te worden in oppervlaktebehandelingen van vliegtuigonderdelen.

Wat ga je doen? Je volgt een intern opleidingstraject om de techniek van anodiseren en chemisch coaten te leren. Je leert hoe je plating-installaties instelt, bedient en onderhoudt. Je werkt onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en groeit stap voor stap in je rol. Je houdt je aan strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Na je opleiding werk je zelfstandig aan het behandelen van onderdelen en voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit. Wat breng je mee? Technische affiniteit en interesse in techniek. Bereidheid om een vak te leren. Een gemotiveerde en leergierige instelling. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken en af en toe op zaterdag. Wat bieden wij? Een volledig betaald opleidingstraject tot Operator Plating. Een uitdagende baan in de luchtvaartindustrie met toekomstperspectief. Marktconform salaris en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
