Responsibilities:

Billing and invoicing clients.Ensure invoices are error-free.Communicate and respond to client inquiries concerning invoices.Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.Ensure financial transactions' accuracy.Prepare and send reports with invoices.Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.Update and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.Prepare staff and attorney payroll.Manage and maintain accurate financial records for legal transactions and cases.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal industry standards.Assist in budgeting and forecasting for legal projects and services.Collaborate with legal professionals to support financial decision-making.Utilize accounting software to streamline financial management tasks.

Requirements:
