Our client seeks a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our client's growing real estate law practice. This role will be instrumental in maintaining smooth office operations, managing client communications, and handling essential documentation for real estate transactions. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nFluent English communication skills with minimal accent (essential for client interaction)\nProven experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, High Level, or similar)\nAdministrative experience in a professional setting\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience in scheduling and coordination\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n\nNice to Have:\nBackground in law or paralegal studies\nPrevious experience in a legal environment, especially real estate law firms\nExperience with legal intake processes\nFamiliarity with real estate transactions and terminology\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nTechnical Skills:\nCRM system proficiency\nDocumentation management\nCalendar management expertise\nBasic legal document processing\nMicrosoft Office Suite mastery
