Legal Administrative Assistant ( Hybrid)
Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant Job Description This is a hybrid role supporting the Real Estate Legal Team at a prominent food and beverage company based in South Seattle. The position begins as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities + Provide efficient and timely administrative support to attorneys and paralegals within the Law and Corporate Affairs department. + Manage competing priorities and support up to two attorneys simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Utilize legal software, including specific legal software (familiarity with this software is highly desirable). Essential Skills + A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting attorneys in a legal or corporate setting. + Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to learn and use new legal software. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Legal experience. + Ability to collaborate effectively. + Attention to detail. + High regard for confidentiality and discretion. + Knowledge of general legal practices, including legal terminology, legal contracts, and real estate law. Work Environment This is a hybrid role, supporting 2-3 lawyers. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position offers the opportunity to gain experience with different practice groups within a large company, with potential for further career growth.
