What you do

Advise management and employees on the application of regulatory acts and the company's internal regulations. Prepare and coordinate drafts for contracts, agreements, and annexes. Provide opinions and consultations, offer advice and counsel on legal matters, and consult on and conduct commercial transactions. Prepare necessary documents for participation in public procurement procedures. Litigation. Assist in the collection of recourse claims and file lawsuits against the company's debtors.

 

 

What you bring

Master of Law and acquired legal capacity. At least 3 years of experience in insurance company. Experience in insurance law. Experience in contract, commercial, and property law. Experience in civil and administrative litigation. Experience in enforcement proceedings. Fluency in English both written and verbal.
