This role also involves handling special projects assigned by the department manager, Robert Cortez. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to learning. The ability to multitask, adapt to shifting deadlines, and work independently is essential. This is a great opportunity for both experienced legal assistants and entry-level professionals looking to gain meaningful experience in the legal field.Responsibilities:• Assist paralegals in preparing legal documents and case files
• Support litigation team in managing trial and judgment processes
• Complete special projects as assigned by management
• Organize and maintain legal files and records
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contactsQualifications and Requirements:• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional and reliable with a can-do attitude
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software
