Responsibilities: • Prepare for jury trials and handle notice of rulings • Conduct pleading work and manage notice of trials • Handle template-based work, including filling in case numbers and dates • Exhibit proficiency in making calls to courts for answers and following directions easily Requirements • 1+ years of litigation experience. • Can handle various aspects of litigation projects and tasks as needed.
