Description We are in the process of recruiting a highly organized Legal Assistant/File Clerk to join our client's team in Dallas, Texas. This role is integral to our operations in the industry, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Legal Assistant, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that largely revolve around maintaining client relations and managing legal case data. Responsibilities: • Assist in filing, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded and updated. • Handle client relations, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and promptly. • Use communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. • Ensure all client information and case details are kept confidential and secure. Requirements • Must possess strong Calendar Management skills. • Experience in Filing is highly desirable. • Ability to maintain excellent Client Relations is required. • Superior Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
