Description We are seeking a Legal Assistant for our operations based in Miami, Florida. This role involves the legal and administrative aspects of our operations, including lien management and general administrative tasks. This position is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee the coordination and management of liens and legal referrals. • As a Legal Assistant, you will be tasked with managing and keeping ledgers and accounting records up-to-date. • Provide administrative support in various capacities as needed. • Handle detail-oriented email correspondence. • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks. • Conduct Lien searches as part of your duties. • Manage other tasks as assigned within the scope of your role. Requirements • Have at least 1 year of relevant experience as a Legal Assistant. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner. • Demonstrated ability in data entry tasks with high accuracy. • Skilled in managing email correspondence efficiently. • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email management and scheduling. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing. • Knowledge of Homeowners Association (HOA) laws and regulations. • Experience in dealing with liens and lien searches.
