Arcadis is looking for a Legal Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist to provide insightful and high-quality support to Arcadis. This role will be based in Manila Office.

Role description:

Transform Data into Insights: Develop reports and visually intuitive dashboards that empower the legal team to make strategic, data-driven decisions. Support Legal Analytics: Analyze, interpret, and organize large volumes of legal and operational data to support key legal functions like contract management, claims analysis, and compliance monitoring. Ensure Best Practices: Recommend and implement industry standards and best practices to stabilize and enhance the legal reporting workstream. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with legal and business stakeholders to understand requirements for permanent and ad hoc reporting requests, ensuring alignment with the team’s analytical data needs. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as an SME in modeling reporting solutions, writing reports, and analyzing data flows to identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Develop Tailored Reporting Models: Work closely with legal, operations, and IT teams to design and roll out reporting models and frameworks customized to the legal team’s objectives and priorities.

Role accountabilities:

Collaboration: Collaborate with functional leaders, legal stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to create and manage tailored reporting solutions that address the unique needs of the legal team. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with legal team members to document detailed report requirements, translating them into functional specifications to support various stages of contract management, claims analysis, and risk monitoring. Analysis and Decision-Making: Demonstrate the ability to accurately analyze legal and operational data to make sound decisions regarding technology-related projects, including system requirements, testing, and implementation of reporting tools for the legal function. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior business leaders and users to determine the reporting requirements. Technical Translation: Effectively translate complex business requirements into technical requirements. Interdepartmental Reporting: Understand cross-departmental reporting requirements, design reporting models that integrate legal data, and roll out reports aligned with data security and confidentiality standards. Distribution and Scheduling: Document internal and external report distribution requirements, developing and maintaining a delivery schedule that ensures timely access to critical legal data and insights. Performance Metrics and Insights: Design, develop, and maintain KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and analyses to track legal team performance, support contract and claims management, and drive informed decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field  8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics fields Data Management and Modelling – Experience managing large data sets; ability to identify data errors and determine the best course of action to correct the data.​ Data Visualization – Ability to create dashboards that present key trends and insights from large, complex data sets.​ Strong adaptability to data analytics and visualization tools and storytelling using data to create appealing and intuitive dashboards for stakeholders​ Data trend analysis​ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)​ High-level proficiency using Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel​ Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI modeling Critical thinking, creativity, and flexibility to provide the greatest level of data assurance possible, with a focus on continuous improvement to evolve the business analytics support within the dynamic, innovative new area of carbon budgets and data insights​ Team player, can work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and require limited supervision
