Legal Change Manager

The Legal Change Manager will be a key member of the legal team, with primary responsibility in owning the regulatory change management process to mitigate risk associated with new or changed legal and regulatory requirements. The Legal Change Manager will ensure implementation of new and changed legal and regulatory requirements to support the business and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

About the Role

Keeping up with regulatory developments, including legislative activity, investigations, and enforcementMonitor and assess relevant policy proposals, legislation, and regulations that could have an impact on business priorities and communicate updates to internal stakeholdersCoordinating review of legal and regulatory changes to support the regulatory change management processContribute to the development and implementation of process improvement for Regulatory Change ManagementMaintain database and records to demonstrate an effective process to identify key requirementsManage the regulatory change management process, including working closely with subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and compliance teamsReporting to senior leaders and stakeholders on regulatory changesProvide stakeholders with advisory services on regulatory change management as the program subject matter expertDemonstrate a culture of excellence through behavior consistent with living the ISMs

About You

1 year of experience in legal, government affairs/relations, or another related fieldStrong project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical, verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
