Key Responsibilities:
For the Western and Southern Regions: Support to the L&C teams in Italy, Iberia and France with
- Drafting and reviewing NDAs,
- Horizon scanning support,
- Support and report to and update the Senior L&C Manager for Continental Europe,
- Assist with the drive for consistency and efficiency across the Western and Southern Regions by seeking out and sharing expertise, information, learnings, knowhow and experiences with the L&C community,
For Italy only:
- Coordination of the complaints handling biannual reporting to IVASS and support the Glasgow Italian complaints handlers for drafting final response letter,
- Support BSA activities,
- Analysis and review of corporate policies
