Legal Compliance Intern

The Fluke Legal Department’s mission is to provide business-oriented legal and compliance guidance and resources for Fluke in its support of the people who keep the world up and running. We are seeking a **Legal Compliance Intern for Summer 2025** who will help with our mission by partnering closely with each legal department function to:
+ Help identify and implement legal department technology and process-improvement opportunities. This may include chat bot and intake form automation, as well as a contract life cycle management platform.
+ Help develop and refine metrics for the legal department, including establishing and reporting on target goals for each metric (“KPI’s”).
+ Perform data analysis to understand key drivers for legal department impact and success.
+ Work collaboratively with a global team of internal departments (finance, legal, sales, HR) to assist with projects such as:
+ Assist with the annual audit of Fluke’s third-party due diligence program through the review of contracts, transactional history, and related due diligence documentation.
+ Provide administrative assistance with online third-party compliance training, and maintain training documentation, tracking, records, certifications, and attendance databases.
+ Assist in distributing communications regarding compliance and ethics issues and initiatives.
+ reorganization efforts or data privacy readiness and government contracting requirements.
+ Assist with training opportunities to business clients, including in areas of contracting, competition laws, and compliance.
Requirements:
+ Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating December 2025 or later.

The hourly range for this position (in local currency) is $20-$40/hour.
