As a Legal & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting ethical business practices. You will collaborate with various business units to mitigate risks and promote a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making across the organization.
Your Opportunity:
Manage day-to-day commercial contracts with customers, partners, suppliers, and vendorsOversee contract administration and managementProvide legal and regulatory research supportStrengthen business ethics and compliance, including drafting SOPs and policiesDeliver compliance training and support risk management and monitoringAssist with third-party management and data protection implementationConduct investigations and manage conflict of interest disclosuresWho You Are:
Possess Bachelor Degree (minimum) from a reputable University (local/overseas) majoring in Law / Finance / Economics , with legal qualification an additional asset,At least 7-10 years of experience in recognized law firm, accounting firm, multinational company’s legal, compliance or internal audit function, with strong interest in complianceHands on experience in contracts and negotiations to build long term strategic advantage and manage legal risks preferredExperienced working in cross functional teams and in a global matrix organization preferred.Broad knowledge of international business practice, trade and commercial policiesSubject matter knowledge in compliance management, quality management, risk management, process development, regional project management and/or auditing skills preferredRelevant experience in healthcare industry preferredFluent in both written and spoken EnglishWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
