BASIC FUNCTION
In alignment in business unit the core responsibilities of the project manager is to achieve sustainable business results through managing scope, time, and cost of assigned projects. The scope of these projects will support our vision to be a leading sustainability company. Through the management of these projects, the project leader is expected to align to project management best practices.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning support:Adhere to commitments of scope, time and cost to support all stakeholdersDrive effective communication across the business unit and partnersIdentify risks and mitigation strategiesEnsure resources are appropriately assignedUnderstanding the project scope and goals in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholdersFollowing up and assuring the project plan and timelines are completed on timeIdentifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies in coordination with BU owners and vendorsEnabling the communication and coordination between Business Units and vendorsTeam Leadership:Influencing and managing project teams Delegating tasks and assigning responsibilities Providing guidance and support to team members and vendorsMonitoring individual performance and addressing issues Monitoring Execution:Tracking project progress against the plan Identifying and addressing project stop blockers Managing changes to project scope and requirements Updating project status reports and communicating to stakeholders Compliance and regulations knowledge:Stay up to date on EPR regulations and standards, supporting the BU in the main requirements.Knowledge in PEC programs (e.g. RoHS, REACH, POPs, PFAS. Conflict Minerals etc).EDUCATION / LANGUAGE
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any other related field.Project Management Professional (PMP)Fluent in written and spoken EnglishREQUIRED SKILLS
