Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Legal/Contracts Intern from at our corporate headquarters in Hiram, OH. Job Responsibilities Update GLC contract management system, Cobblestone, to ensure contract hierarchy and most up to date information is available in the system. Enter additional data and contracts into Cobblestone. Follow up with GLC customers to receive final signed copies of agreements and contracts. Utilize DocuSign to send updated contracts for final signature if one is not on file.   Support regulatory, sales, and legal teams by locating requested customer contract and documentation requests.   Review Cobblestone rules and reports to make sure data is accessible for reporting purposes. All GLC interns are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures. Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Required Education and Experience Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business related field. Year in school: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.  Must have at least a 3.0 GPA. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF. Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the U.S. without sponsorship both now and in the future.  Preferred Education and Experience Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and reporting skills. Strong communication, presentation, and team skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, able to work well independently.
