ASP’s NA Legal Team is poised for growth and innovation, and we are seeking a Legal Contract Manager to support our team with contract drafting and negotiations. Reporting to the Regional General Counsel, North America, this role will help drive improvements in ASP’s contract processes and policies, as the Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and processing high volumes of contracts required by ASP’s business. This role will be remote, US.
Your main duties:
Draft, negotiate, and process high volumes of contracts, including commercial, technology and other legal documentation, including NDAs, terms of sales, distribution agreements, service agreements, purchase agreements, sourcing and supply agreements, commercial agency agreements, logistics agreements, HCP consultancy agreements, statements of work, amendments, and related commercial documents Prepare and maintain standard templates of contracts, legal documents and playbooks Advise business partners on legal clauses and mitigation of contract risks Provide support in managing external counsels Be the main point of contract for contract matters for legal input.Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Candidates to hold a Bachelors Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ prior working experience in the legal department of global health-care related company and/or law firm with a healthcare practice, acting as Legal Contract Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator, with at least 3+ years’ working experience as in-house; Experience in compliance is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Experience with contract life-cycle management and e-signature software toolsYour success will be measured by:
