Position Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Malta
Reports To: General Manager 

A rapidly growing iGaming company is on the lookout for a Legal Counsel to join the team in Malta, to provide legal advice and services to the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide general legal advice across all areas of the business

Assist Managers in considering legal issues in business decision-making.

Oversee, negotiate, and draft contracts, including NDAs, corporate law matters, and property agreements.

Liaise with external legal advisors when necessary and ensure compliance with legal obligations.

Monitor and evaluate new legislation's impact on operations and provide guidance on strategies.

Protect intellectual property and manage disputes, including working with external specialists for litigation when needed.

Role Requirements

Qualifications: Law degree, minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience, admitted or eligible for admission as a barrister and solicitor.

Experience: Expertise in Online Gaming and multi-jurisdictional legal matters, with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
