Based in Southampton, this full-time Legal Counsel position offers the chance to work closely with the General Counsel, handling diverse and high-impact legal matters across the business. You'll have the opportunity to:

Draft, negotiate, and finalise commercial contracts. Stay ahead of legal tech trends to enhance efficiency. Provide legal support across compliance, regulatory obligations, employment law, and tenders. Assist in corporate governance, M&A strategies, and due diligence. Offer internal training and guidance to business teams.
About You: 

Solicitor qualification with 3–5 years PQE. Exceptional drafting and communication skills. A detail-oriented and proactive approach. The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
What’s on Offer
