We are offering an exciting opportunity in Oracle’s legal team in Solna, Sweden for a lawyer with a passion for technology. You will work closely with our sales teams and other stakeholders to advise on transactions which enable our customers to realize their full digital potential.

Draft, review, and finalize technology contracts with our customers. We need your advice on agreements in cloud services, licensing, and professional services with an emphasis on .Swedish public procurement.

Provide legal support to sales teams across industry sectors Independently handle contract discussions and drafts Draft and negotiate major or complex non-standard agreements Support our participation in public and private tenders Advise on the structure of contractual relationships and documents Identify and analyze risks, providing appropriate legal solutions to any queries Ensure compliance with our business practices, policies, and procedures

Your qualifications include:

5+ years of relevant postgraduate work experience  Qualified experience in dealing with IT Projects Documented knowledge on public procurement; in general and specifically for Sweden Ability to perform under pressure and to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English High-level legal drafting skills Negotiation skills
