This pivotal position will provide expert legal advice and support across a range of projects and contracts, playing a key role in the legal aspects of our business operations. **Job Description** **What will a day in this role look like?** + Provide expert legal guidance on commercial contracts, construction law, and project-related issues. + Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with New Zealand law and AECOM’s policies. + Advise on risk management, disputes, and litigation matters. + Provide legal advice to senior management and internal teams on various corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, disputes, and risk management. + Liaise with external counsel and manage litigation when necessary. + Advise on corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, and other regulatory issues as required. + Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. **Qualifications** The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
